This is a perfect follow up class to “Painting Skin tones”.
People are one of the most meaningful things we can paint… and also one of the most intimidating. 😆
This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to simplify the process of painting the human form without getting lost in anatomy panic or perfectionism.
You’ll learn:
🎨 how to simplify facial features and shapes
🖌 how light affects the face and body
👩🏼🎨 beginner-friendly skin tone techniques
✨ how to create believable depth and softness
No experience needed.
This class focuses on observation, color, and learning how to see like a painter rather than trying to draw perfectly.
What’s included:
🕒 3 hours of classroom instruction
👩🏼🏫 1:1 guidance on how to see and paint the provided reference image.
🎨 All supplies
👩🎨 Professional studio setting including easels and lighting
🖼 Professionally prepared aluminum panel (canvas)
☕ Coffee, tea, water and other beverages provided
🖌 Take-home paint kits and open studio days available
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (please arrive by 8:45)
